85 yr old cannot brush his teeth or change his clothes on his own. I don’t think they ever Rinsed his teeth and washed him up, Not once in six days. Before check-in, we asked questions, their team made it sound like it was going to be an easy transition. When we got there, we found out that some of his meds could not be administered. 2 day later, 2 falls, and high anxiety I felt that he started to decline and he was struggling. I went to talk to the nurses and staff, then all of a sudden his meds were approved. Unnecessary Two days of struggling and overwhelmed anxiety. He stayed in the same shirt for two whole days. My sisters and I felt that we had to check on him three times or more a day to ensure that he was getting proper care. It took two days and 4 messages to get a call back from a supervisor. My sister replied to a message she received and she never got a reply/call! I will be more diligent about reading reviews and checking out facilities prior to Enrollment. The upkeep/ maintenance of this establishment inside and out has a poor rating as well. We won’t go back.
