I’ve lived here for 6 months. Fun activities and food. Happy hour and live music weekly. Overall , the residents are wonderful and our management of property is excellent. I also enjoy our Movie Night in our theatre.

My brother in law came here, January 2025. We have been very pleased with all that Lynridge has to offer. I take care of my brother in law 5 days a week. I love the staff especially their Life Style Director Jojo and her Assistant Lisa. They do so much for the residents. My brother in law likes all the activities they have going on. He enjoys going to the dining room for breakfast lunch and dinner. He has made so many friends since he’s been here.

As a vendor that provides entertainment (Silver Derby Horse Races) for the residents, I have found the community active and engaging. Finding communities with that type of involvement only comes from a staff that is actively involved in ensuring that all residents are aware of activities and encourages them to participate and truly experience the exciting environment that is being cultivated.

My mother recently moved to Lynridge of San Antonio for assisted living. The medical care is exemplary. She loves the many and varied activities. She enjoys the yummy meals. I highly recommend this facility.

"My mom required full-time care that I could no longer provide, and I wanted only the best for her. Unfortunately, Lynridge of San Antonio failed to deliver on their promises. The facility is severely understaffed; the few caregivers they have are expected to perform miracles, managing heavy resident loads while also being responsible for cleaning, serving food, and entertaining. While a few caregivers were truly kind and went the extra mile, the overall management was appalling. There had been many incidents and horror stories where I voiced my opinion and nothing happened. I ultimately had to remove my mom after finding ants in her bed. The facility was dirty, and since the activities coordinator resigned, residents were left sitting in chairs all day with no engagement. When I raised concerns, administration was dismissive, even claiming that memory care residents 'don't remember anything anyway.' The breaking point was the lack of basic hygiene. An administrator named Nichole flatly refused to allow a caregiver to shower my mom, claiming it was hospice's responsibility. Despite another administrator, Lisa, promising to override this, the shower never happened. I was paying for services that were never provided, lied to, and dismissed. I moved my mom out the next day and have since found a much more loving, professional environment for her. I would not recommend Lynridge to anyone."
