Poorly under staffed building that doesn't provide enough care seniors need. Can't express enough how many times my relative mentions running out O2 tanks. Completely unacceptable. Definitely a matter that should be investigated. Noone should have to worry about thier medical needs in a facility whose sole responsibility is to provide proper care.

My mother has been staying at The Landing for 5 months, and every single staff member I have worked with has been of the highest quality. The facility has basic amenities, but they are very nice and comfortable. Everything is kept in very good condition. My mother has advanced Alzheimers and understanding her needs is a challenge, but the aides and nurses have been most helpful. I have noticed the community that grows among the residents. There's a good amount of daily activity even in the Memory Care, and at times there's a lull too. The food is pretty good too, and I have seen residents being welcomed to the dinner table. So nice to be recognized and even celebrated. Covid has surely limited outside interaction. When interaction with family can fully resume, I hope The Landing offers support groups and informational sessions to understand what to expect as your loved one ages at the facility and beyond.

My mother moved in a week ago. There was a issue with the bed being delivered. The staff came to the rescue, and let us borrow one until hers was delivered. My sister and I were greatful. So far the staff is very helpful and nice.i will continue to update.
