My experience here has been very enjoyable and rewarding. The care givers are kind, attentive, and caring. The residents are friendly and welcoming. There are very nice outings and shopping days. Also fun activities and entertainment.

I checked my wife into Watermark At Oro Valley Memory Care which is the most difficult thing I have ever had to do. I have found the entire staff to be compassionate, loving, patient, careful, dedicated, and loyal to the task of ensuring the ultimate safety and we'll being of the residents. They go out of their way to help with any given situation. From individual resident's dietary needs to sleeping patterns to social activities they treat each one as family and adapt every way possible to obtain happiness. I have received much needed help and advice on how I can better manage myself when dealing with the effects of this dreaded disease on me. And I receive the warmest of hugs when I need one.

Ann is very happy and already feels loved and cared for! There is a genuine atmosphere of kindness and vocation* in every staff member!! I would like to commend Sonia Cruz from Watermark for the special care she provided to my mother last week. It should be noted that we had reviewed the Watermark but had not yet made a decision on placement. Sonia, learning of our difficulty in administering mom's RX that the Hospital sent home with little or no instructions, volunteered to help out. Sonia was able to come to our home and straighten out the mess, write clear instructions, and take her vitals. We cannot say enough about her professionalism, knowledge, caring, and reassurance to our family. Further, she performed all these tasks on her own time without compensation. If this is an indication of the quality of service & staffing at The Watermark at Oro Valley, we look forward to working with a World-Class Company.
