The Forum has become a much nicer place to live since Stellar took over and most importantly since Rich Howell became our Executive Director. It’s really a novel thing the Executive Director now wants to get to know us and listens to our concerns and gives feedback. A breath of fresh air!

It's been more than 2 months and there is no comment about my issue was addressed here..even though its been promised come back to me shortly . I see where is your employees get their careless attitude from. Unbelievable!

Today around 7:30pm I was walking through the Forum property with my dog and one of your employee almost run me over. I guess there is no speed limit regulation? Likely I got his first name-SOLOMON. Unfortunately didn't get his last name. His position at the Forum is a caregiver. Wow! More likely care no given! I got upset and was trying to talk to him but man was laughing at my face and being very dismissive. Just imagine if it was one of the residents who lives there!! Shame on you Forum!! For whoever is reading this, either you are current or future residents, keep this in mind ! Not sure how things are inside but outside definitely not safe

I have parents in both Memory Care and Assisted living. Both have had falls, hitting their heads. I feel the staff was attentive and caring.It is clean and well kept. Valerie in AL is a very caring woman who seems to work her tail off. Mom getting her hair done is of utmost importance, and the gal who comes on Friday to do hair is a sweetheart. I have never visited (always different times and days) and felt like there was anything off, or that conditions were unsafe. I am grateful they are in this facility.
