I am writing to share my positive experience with Catalina Springs Memory Care (CSMC). As both a daughter-in-law and a caregiver with experience in various facilities in Florida and Tucson, I find that CSMC is by far the best fit for individuals with memory issues.<br><br>I visit my father-in-law, LD, two to three times a week. His son visits on the weekends.<br><br>While LD does not participate in every activity, the variety available allows him to choose what he enjoys. There are opportunities for outings as well.<br><br>I have observed that the staff personally connects with every resident, and I am always greeted warmly upon arrival. I have come to know most of the caregivers by name and find the team to be both open to feedback as well as supportive during moments when I feel overwhelmed. Hugs for me are always a plus. It is an emotional time of life as I love my father in law and want what's best for him.<br><br>Although LD has only been at CSMC for six months, We are confident he is in the best possible environment for the level of care he requires.<br><br>My husband and I also appreciate the many opportunities for family involvement; we have enjoyed attending holiday dinners and appreciate being welcomed for meals. It is best to let the caregivers know ahead of time so they can tell the chef so he can prepare.<br><br>The environment is one of home. It is a fluid place with many different residents in different stages of their lives. The care given is respectful, knowledgeable and might I add fun and humorous.<br><br>I have seen staff deflect and redirect residents when necessary.<br>I applaud the team for all their compassion and energy that pours into our loved ones.<br><br>There is also a Support Group that meets monthly. I have participated so far in two of them and plan to continue.<br><br>I would suggest visiting and seeing if this is a fit for your loved one. We worked with Sonoran Senior Solutions and after visiting other places we know that Catalina Springs Memory Care was the best for LD and us!

I can’t say enough about the kindness and support we experienced at Catalina Springs Memory Care. The facility itself is beautiful, and the staff goes above and beyond—they’re knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring.<br>A special thank you to Bridget the Assistant Executive Director, who took the time to answer all of our questions and truly put us at ease during a very difficult and emotional process. Making decisions like this is never easy, but thanks to their guidance, we feel much more confident moving forward and knowing our loved one will be in good hands.<br>I highly recommend them to anyone—whether you’re ready to make a placement or just starting to explore your options and need direction. They are an incredible team to work with.

I can’t say enough good things about Catalina Springs Memory Care. The level of compassion and respect the staff shows to every resident is truly outstanding. You can tell they genuinely care, and it creates such a warm, supportive environment for everyone who lives there.<br><br>One of the things that really stands out is how well the residents are treated on a daily basis—with patience, kindness, and dignity always at the forefront. It gives families real peace of mind knowing their loved ones are in such good hands.<br><br>The activities department also does an amazing job. There are so many fun and engaging activities every week that keep residents active, social, and smiling. From games and music to special events, there’s always something going on that brings joy and a sense of community.<br><br>Highly recommend Catalina Springs Memory Care to anyone looking for a place where their loved one will be cared for and valued.

I can’t say enough great things about the leadership here, especially Bridget Delaney the Assistant Executive Director. Her level of professionalism, compassion, and dedication truly stands out. She goes above and beyond not just for the residents, but for the families and staff as well.<br><br>What I admire most is her ability to balance strong leadership with genuine care. She’s present, approachable, and always willing to step in wherever needed. You can tell she truly loves what she does, and it reflects in the positive environment she helps create every day.<br><br>If you’re looking for a place where your loved one will be cared for with respect, dignity, and heart, this is it. Leadership makes all the difference—and she is a big part of why this community feels like home.
