89 year old mom needed 2 weeks of rehab. We were very happy with The Hills. Staff cares. It's not the Ritz, but it was enough that we chose to use The Hills again when we needed some respite care. They were very helpful and I took my out-of-town trip with no worries for her well-being. That's priceless!

I had put my mother here several times for rehab only…she always did great. Then mom had a more serious issues, so I put her here for their skilled nursing/ long term. The nursing team here is beyond kind and helpful. Mom was treated with kindness and respect. My husband and I just adore the people who worked here. This facility has many employees who have worked here for years…that speaks volumes to me! The facility is older, but it’s the people who work here that make it great. Unfortunately mom became exit seeking and needed memory care which they do not have here. We opted to stay in their system and go to their sister facility in Graham where memory care is offered…I personally miss The Hills. The two facilities are not the same…

Had a friend here. He passed May 8th. He was charged for a months stay on May 9th. It is now July 5th. Almost 2 months later still no response on refund. Have called numerous times to Shelly in the office regarding this. Fell like I am getting the run around on this matter. Shelly says she will look into it, but still not resolved.<br>Beware if you self pay and your resident passes. Will take forever to get your money back.<br>Otherwise, all af the other staff, besides Shelly, were truly amazing.
