The Heritage of Green Hills is an independent senior living and personal care community serving the Shillington and Reading areas of Pennsylvania. As a LifePlan community, it provides a full continuum of care including independent living, personal care, memory care, and hospice services, along with a newly-built, state-of-the-art Care Center.

The community features 78 acres of grounds and offers relocation services to assist new residents with their move.
