This place needs to be shut down, there is mold growing where these people eat, thick black mold! Every time I go there to visit a friend on bethel floor it is always covered in gnats there are roaches running around, it always smell of urine and feces, trash all over the floor old lunch tray was left in his room and gnats was all over it this place is just nasty! The staff is rude there are some CNAs and nurses that care but the majority of them really could care less they are just there for a paycheck. While visiting yesterday I heard one of the nurses cursing and yelling at a patient all because the man was needing help and its not the first time SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED! With how she was talking to that man! higher ups don’t seem to care either because they hire these people! Just sad how some of these folks are treated. I would not put my worse enemy here

My mom was transferred to Lowman from Prisma Healthcare Parkridge and although an older facility, my mom received very good care. The nurses aids were young but they were caring and available. They answered all our questions and concerns immediately. Of course, there were a few instances for which we needed some corrections and actions taken, and the entire staff completely addressed our concerns without delay. A huge, huge shout out to the occupational therapist, physical therapist(s) and to Bruce the Social Worker. They were all incredible. Bruce answered every email, every phone call, & every text professionally and courteously without delay. Bruce was responsive and helpful from the time mom got there until she left to go home on 4/23. (2/12-4/23) Thank you 🙏🏽

A perfect example of what bottom dollar wages get you as staff. I completely understand that you get bottom dollar from Medicare and want to apologize for my extended family using WebMD and the bible as their ultimate guide for care but your staff was pretty horrible.

My whole left side was paralyzed from a stroke. I was at the Heritage for a month and now people can't even tell I had a stroke. They made me work hard on my physical therapy, but it was worth it.
