Today I had the pleasure of interviewing with this company. This has been the first interview where I felt heard and at home. I always have anxiety when going in for an interview, but the staff made it by far the best experience I’ve ever had. I also like the fact that they don’t just care about the clients well being, but for their staff members as well. I also liked their approach to getting to the point and explaining what’s not tolerated. Some of the things we spoke about today that I have witnessed first hand with other companies does not and will not happen with this company. When speaking on those situations and how they were handled made me truly feel honored to have had this opportunity. If you are looking for someone to care for you family, you are in the right place. I pray this helps someone make this really hard but important choice for home care.

The team at avodah was friendly and seemed genuinely interested in finding the right fit for both the caregivers and the families they serve. Once I got through the interview, there were a few background checks and training sessions to complete, but they made sure I felt supported throughout.

I had the chance to work with Avoda Home Care for a short time, and it was a really positive experience. Kim, the owner, is very kind and clearly cares a lot about the company and the quality of care they provide. I also had the pleasure of meeting Mr. David, Sabrina, and Jhmiyah, who were all very welcoming and supportive, especially since I was new to the state. Even though my time with the company was brief, it was easy to see that the team truly cares about their clients and is committed to providing compassionate, professional care. I wish them all the best moving forward.

I was not expecting to be offered employment today! I have been actively seeking employment since last August. I had been turned down from everything from motel attendant to fast food worker. I was becoming very discouraged and concerned I could not be the best mother I could be. I called Avodah on Wednesday, was scheduled for an interview on Thursday and walked out with a job! The entire experience was wonderful. Staff could not be more kind and accommodating. I am so thankful for the chance to help me support my family and so thankful Avodah took a chance on me!
