My aunt was recently discharged from Healthcare Resort of Plano, and our family is incredibly grateful for the care she received during her stay. From the nursing staff to the therapy team and everyone else involved in her care, she was treated with kindness, compassion, and respect. The staff kept us informed, addressed our concerns promptly, and made sure she was comfortable throughout her recovery. Her rehabilitation progress exceeded our expectations, and we truly appreciate the dedication and professionalism of the entire team. The facility is very clean. The people are very nice from the receptionist, therapy, nursing, and housekeeping. They have been very responsive to my questions at every turn. I would DEFINITELY recommend Healthcare Resort of Plano for your loved ones.

I highly recommend this skilled nursing facility. The facility is very clean, well-maintained, and provides a comfortable environment for residents. The staff is friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Everyone is very cooperative and attentive to the needs of the residents.<br><br>The physical therapy and occupational therapy teams are excellent. They are professional, compassionate, and truly dedicated to helping residents improve and achieve their goals. The entire team works together to provide outstanding care and support.<br><br>Overall, this is a good facility with exceptional staff and excellent therapy services. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality skilled nursing and rehabilitation care.
