Recently my family member was in for rehab and we were happy she was happy. When I visited I saw lots of staff and everyone asked if they could help with something or they were checking in on other residents. I was impressed! We appreciate the kindness the staff shows with every interaction.

Place is a dump. Hoyers don't work, half of the time there is no hot water, sit to stands don't work and they are always short staffed. It's listed as a nursing home, it's more of a mental asylum. Office staff makes jokes about serious issues and when addressed by staff they are ignored. Office staff do not come out of the office, they all sit in one office and hang out all day. Only time they act like they care is when STATE is in the building. The place doesn't have supplies for people that need incontinence supplies and we don't get changed like we are supposed to.

My husband receives extremely good care by staff that is so friendly and nice to patients, families and their visitors. I am very pleased with the thoughtful things they do for the patients with special parties including families often.
