The staff are great and very helpful. 😊They also have an excellent Executive Director ! The leadership really shows I definitely recommend!

I am very impressed with the care and attention provided at this assisted living. The staff are compassionate, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure the comfort and well-being of the residents. The facility is clean, safe, and welcoming, creating a warm environment that feels like home. Activities and social opportunities are well-organized, helping residents stay active and engaged. Overall, I highly recommend this nursing home for anyone seeking quality and respectful living.

The Haven at Columbus, GA Staff are all angels sent from Heaven. I live in Yelm, WA my mom is a resident at The Haven and I wouldn’t have my mom anywhere else. The staff have gone ABOVE AND BEYOND expectations to make sure my mom is treated with all the love ❤️ , respect and care in the world. Living so far away from my mom, I have no doubts, concerns, and or uneasy feelings About the Care and love she is getting from the staff. They stay on top of my Mom’s items needed for her care, They don’t wait until the last minute to reach out and let me know if she needs anything. when items are delivered, they ensure that she receives them promptly. My mom is immobile and I can’t put into words how the staff is going above and beyond to ensure that I’m able to talk to and see my mom when im not there with her in person. I absolutely love every single employee at The Haven there could be no other facility in my opinion that could even come close to comparison as The Haven in Columbus, GA. When you place your loved one into a facility, you always hope and pray that this will be an excellent facility and care for your loved one as you would. GOD led me to The Haven And they have answered my prayer. Thank you all for everything that you do for my mom and for our family, especially when I can’t be there. The Haven doesn’t treat its residents as just another name or another patient, they treat your loved one as family and they treat you as family. To me that is one of the most amazing aspects of the facility. Thank you for everything you do for us and Momma when I’m not able to there. I know she’s in loving, caring and excellent hands with you all. thank you again for everything that you all do.<br>❤️❤️❤️❤️
