This place is not what it seems. The person will show you around and make this place seem so great but I investigated further before putting my mother there. They have high staff turnover and are always short staffed because the core staff that has been there for years is rude and toxic. I overheard one staff member speaking very degrading to a resident during my tour. The call light don't get answered. That's all I heard while there.

I toured this facility for my loved one and received excellent results. For a private pay facility, that uses long term care policies, it’s very nice. The facility is warm & welcoming, the residents seem to like it there. They have a chef, a salon, a chapel & studio & apartment style rooms. If you are looking for a place for your loved one, whether it’s assisted living or memory care; they offer both. They encourage family members to be involved & visit. Everything you need to know about this place, Bailey, will definitely be able to answer for you.

My friend is getting along well at The Oaks. All the employees seem kind and competent, and the program seems to be well organized and wisely planned. We are grateful she is here.

Nice place when first opened with quality care partners. My mother was not taken care of and they would not keep her camera on in her room. She was in memory care. They let her fall and told me nothing only ER said kidney failure. She laid on floor too long. Towel bars pulled from wall. Sinful and shameful what they charge. Beautiful place but care is horrible!!

I am so pleased with the care my husband has received at The Oaks. They have made this transition so easy for us. I would highly recommend this facility.
