Do NOT take your loved ones here. They do not take care of them, they neglect their well-being, and mistreat the ones who live there. They've yelled at them and don't like to be bothered to help. These are memory care patients and can't help things, but they act annoyed to assist them.<br><br>They also lie about everything with billing, saying you'll get a free month, but after you sign they act like they never said it. Each month they kept going up on charges, within 6 months they were already charging almost DOUBLE the original amount claiming they've "reassessed" the amount of care but don't even change what they do with her.<br><br>Things would also get stolen a lot and clothes would get misplaced and given to the wrong people by the staff even though all her stuff were clearly labeled.<br><br>Very deceptive business management and uncaring place. Please take your loved ones elsewhere.
