They tell you pets are allowed until you move in and they get your money and then they tell you your pet has to go. First week there and they left my grandmother sitting in filth for hours after she told them she needed changed.

I've been to this location multiple times, it has been the cleanest facility I have ever visited. The team there is also very welcoming, and makes you feel like family. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone!
