Very nice people. Answered all my questions. They made sure I knew how to use my Cpap machine. The tech kept tell me if I had any questions don't hesitate to contact them.

Very positive experience. Instructions on use of the CPAP equipment were thorough, but simple and straightforward enough to remember easily. Jeff was very professional and answered all questions. I would recommend this office to anyone needing this service.

I am so frustrated with lincare cpap supplies. I order cpap supplies and verify that they are sending the correct items over and over to the point that the lady was annoyed with me asking. I wait over a week and receive the wrong items (again). So I call right away, they put in for a return label. I wait a week, and still no pickup so I call again. They said it has to go through their return label department and they are 2 weeks behind and to call back in a couple more weeks. I do and they say there is a return label but UPS is scheduled in a couple days and I have to wait for UPS to pick up, ship back to them, then they will return the items in their system then reissue the correct items. She said it could take a couple more weeks to a month longer due to them being behind and going through the proper channels to return the items from my insurance then rebill my insurance. There MUST be a better way to care for patients! Why am I being punished for their mistakes?

I love Lincare great timely service even when traveling cross country . I just call and they will have a concentrator and supplies I need in the state and address I'm traveling to. Thank you Lincare for making things easier . Wonderful Company and they're nationwide.
