I'm writing a review as a friend and visitor of a long-term "resident" of The Grove. Communication is awful in this facility. The usual wait time on the phone to be able to even speak with personnel averages 10 minutes. There is one gentleman at the front desk who knows what he is doing; the others are uneducated. Once connected to a nursing station (a challenge!) who knows if you will be able to get any info (again after a long wait.) My good friend was taken to the ER and I was notified a while later by a nurse who was certainly "... information-challenged..." So far as I can see, the care and dedication of staff is good to exemplary, but communication can be vastly improved. I am a surgeon and familiar with the difficulties in SNFFs; "...just sayin'..."

My family had a wonderful experience with this skilled nursing facility. The staff treated my loved one with compassion, patience, and dignity every single day. The nurses were attentive, the CNAs were kind, and therapy kept us well-informed on progress. The facility was clean, welcoming, and truly felt like a place that cares. We are so grateful for the support during a difficult time.
