The Grand is an active adult community where there is always something to do! Trust me!

The house im stuck next to i feel in need of upkeep. Some groups must comply others as of yet do not with same. There are rats. My block political groups from washington state if you would love to live in seattle. People yell over fense. A lit of regulations that change a lot some must follow. Apparently some lumens at houses for lights disturb star watching so make sure to get place that you can have lights . Neighbors call hoa on each other. . The drug seller on my aunts street i think gone finally. I like it so i can be there from family and the 303 close so if you ho around n 303 can get to areas of culture music arts botanical gardenon east side without sitting in traffic bell or grand. And to good medical at mayo faster. 303 is great to be close to. There are people who like it . Square dancing stuff. Thats big? It is close to a good little zoo so there are a few things to do that are not bad. You can get to other highways from 303 to go on road trips . Some people like it. My 92 year old aunt likes activitys in area. I havent heard of airconditioners being stolen like happened to me and my neighbor when i decided to leave goodyear. So if you more south you might like.

Great community in all facets with so many options to stay active and engaged. A well maintained environment with great weather winter and spring. Grounds and facilities are well staffed and everyone carries on with positive energy 👏 ✨️ 🙌 Thanks so much.
