Brittany gave us a tour and was very informative and knowledgeable about all aspects. The building was very clean and smelled fresh. The apartments were very cute and really quite spacious but small enough for seniors to navigate. Thank you Brittany for providing the information we needed. Future occupants!

Excellent facility for my 63 year old sister. She was reluctant to move to senior living, but home ownership was becoming a chat with her aging home. After touring 5 facilities in the Jackson County area (Independence) area we chose The Gardens at Jackson Creek. The facility is clean, modern, and inviting. My opinion, for the price, the amenities and social calendar were the best. Dedicated staff to set and coordinate the calendar were a big plus. The tipping point was the staff. Specifically Brittany was a key to setting my sister’s mind at ease. She took the time to explain how things worked. She remembered us on the 2nd visit and my sister feels she can be respected and her needs prioritized. I appreciate working with her and look forward to the actual move in date.

Make sure you read the contract carefully. When my mom had a stroke and my dad could not live alone I gave them notice they accepted it. Then came back and said the contract can’t be broken only if my father 86 was going in the military! Really? Immediately put in collections without sending a 10 day prior notice which is illegal. Look for another community it’s about the money! Zero stars
