My parents have been living at the Gardens for 9 months and it has been a very positive experience. Tammy in admissions helped us get them moved in a bit of a rush for respite care initially. She was so helpful answering all our questions and walking us through the paperwork. It was only a couple weeks before my parents started talking about staying long term.<br>They enjoy the various daily activities and love the food. They feel at home and comfortable in the community. The rest of the family is relieved to have them close and so well cared for. The nursing staff has great communication with us.<br>We are grateful to have found the Gardens!

My dad was a resident at The Woodlands (sister, adjacent facility) for many years and recently moved over to The Gardens so that he could have some additional assistance. The transition has been very smooth due to the attention of the management and staff in helping facilitate his transition. The leadership is very interested in making sure his needs and interests are addressed, the medical/nursing staff are very responsive to his specifics, and the aides provide critical day-to-day support. They all create a welcoming, responsive environment. He is a vibrant 104.5 years old resident who is doing his part to take care of himself with the excellent support of The Gardens!

The Gardens at Fair Oaks is wonderful! They have an awesome staff including Tammy, Clint, and a fabulous nursing staff. If you have a question or problem, Tammy will take care of it right away. Everyone is very friendly and they obviously love their job! All the residents are kind and friendly also as they know they are well-cared for! I highly recommend The Gardens!

The facility is very clean and the menu choices are probably the best variety I have seen. The staff has always been attentive which is very reassuring and one of the reasons I selected The Gardens for my loved one.

My grandmother recently moved to the Gardens and absolutely loves it there. She adjusted to her new home much faster than we expected thanks to an amazing staff and community. The Gardens offers residents so many opportunities each day which have significantly improved her quality of life. She loves playing bingo every day, enjoys the live music events, spends plenty of time outdoors, and frequently goes out with the group for lunch outings. Before the transition, she spent the majority of her time at home in front of a TV, but now she is constantly active, engaged, and enjoys a much more fulfilling day to day life. We are so grateful for Tammy and the rest of the Gardens' staff for all of their help with my grandmother's transition and making her experience a priority! Highly recommend!
