We have had a wonderful experience with The Franklin since we moved Dad there in October.<br><br>From the beginning we were impressed with the friendly, knowledgeable staff. They seemed genuinely happy to be working there, and that says a great deal about the community.<br><br>Carrie, the Executive Director, has been amazing. She is responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. The Resident Care Director Maureen was also very welcoming, flexible, and accommodating with Dad’s condition. The kitchen, wait staff, and front desk folks have all been excellent as well. They treat Dad with respect and are willing to take the extra time to help meet his needs.<br><br>The building and grounds have a nice, classy feel, the rooms are good-sized, and the food has been consistently excellent, both in quality and variety. Communication with our family has also been responsive and dependable.<br><br>We have experienced several senior living communities, and The Franklin is by far the best we have found.<br><br>Recommend!

I want to say how much the staff in the kitchen has expressed me. Chef Carlos and his team serve 5 star quality food and the playing is so well thought of. They are amazing and really care about the residents and their nutrition. I will say its right at the top with the Michelin star restaurants...

Five stars to Bree for all she does. We consider Bree as part of our family. She not only keeps mom’s room clean and smelling wonderful Bree also takes the time to talk with mom and make her feel at home. If moms having a bad day Bree will set with her or take her upstairs for ice cream. When we were looking for a place for mom She made us as a family feel very good about Franklin being the place for mom. We love Bree and know she is there for mom. Thank you Bree<br><br>We as a family are very pleased with the improvement in The Life Enrichment program since Crystal became the director. She has the residents interest in mind when planning events. We have seen a difference in our mom’s participation with events. She gets to know the person current and past life. Thank you Crystal for spending time with mom and helping her feel she still has a purpose. Excellent improvement in this department.<br><br>We have also see excellent improvement in the dining experience with Carlos as the director. The quality of the food has improved in both taste and temperature. Carlos and his team serve the food on time and the selection has improved. Thank you Carlos and team for everything

Moved my mother in law here three weeks ago to be closer to us. We have been very pleased with the friendliness of the staff and residents. In a facility like this the people are the most important piece, and we feel very good about the team and residents of The Franklin.
