I highly recommend Comfort Keepers of Johns Creek. From the moment that I placed a call to them after searching other care providers I was confident I had chosen the right service for my brother in law. Our first encounter with the first caregiver was flawless. It had been arranged to have a caregiver at home the day my loved one arrived from the hospital. We arrived and a caregiver was there waiting just as we were promised. I was amazed when the caregiver immediately went to my brother in law as soon as we pulled into the driveway and introduced themselves and helped him out of the car and into the house.<br><br>I live over two hours away and couldn't have possibly been able to allow my loved one to stay home by himself without their continuous support for over a year until his passing in April 2025. When I placed a phone call or text they were always able to change schedules of caregivers when asked and kept me informed of health care concerns they noticed and thought I should be aware of.<br><br>The caregivers were also able to take him to Doctors appointments and grocery shopping which took a huge burden off of myself.<br><br>They have many resources and contacts available. They even had an internet site that allowed me to view the schedule of caregivers and what was done during each caregivers shift. I could even change or add any appointments through this site.<br><br>Without their services I couldn't have been able to keep my brother-in-law's wishes to remain at home, comfortable and in his own environment.<br><br>Thanks to all the staff and caregivers for your unlimited support and care!

While we were not pleased with the care provided to my Dad by some of the care givers, Greg, the owner connected with us to take ownership of the situation and apologized. Caring for the elderly is a difficult business and in speaking with Greg I could tell he is committed to taking care of your loved one as best that his staff can. Greg is a man of his word and I appreciate his gesture of reaching out and apologizing. Thank you, Greg.

I filled out a form on the website and had someone call me within the hour to schedule an at home consultation. They told me someone would be coming over our home the next day and they gave me a two hour window for the appointment. I never received a confirmation email or phone call. About two hours prior to the appointment, I called the Johns Creek number trying to find out if the home consultation was still happening and if I could get a more precise time for the appointment. I was told that a coordinator will be in touch with me shortly. Not only did the mystery coordinator not call me back, nobody showed up to the at home consult appointment. First impressions are important and this experience told me what I needed to know about the reliability of this agency.

She endured some significant challenges and has emerged strong and successful in caring for my mother. We never know what tomorrow brings, but TODAY I am very thankful for how well things are going with Zaniya and my mother. My mother is in a much more positive place this week. I believe that Zaniya's kind and professional care has made a difference! My second shout out is to Shema! A wise leader sets up and equips her employees for success. Shema has invested time and care in my mother, as well as giving wise counsel to Zaniya. Shema is key to lifting my mother and helping her to feel deeply cared for. My family and I are very grateful for the caring and competent services of Comfort Keepers Home Care. They have provided excellent care for my mother (in her 80's) for over a year. When we began our partnership last year we could have never imagined how critical the caregiver support would be for my mother. Due to COVID19 we, the family, have not been able to visit my mother in her home since March, but the caregivers have been there several days per week to provide great service, but possibly more importantly, companionship. Another benefit we've valued is that when my mother became ill and needed to go the hospital, the caregiver was allowed to go with her to help her navigate getting treatment. Again, due to COVID19 constraints, we would not have been allowed to go in the hospital with my mother, so this was a great comfort. We continue to have a wonderful experience working with the entire team-- from management, to front office, to caregivers. We believe that as my mother needs more care, over time, Comfort Keepers Home Care will continue to be dependable partners to provide caring and competent care for our loved one.
