Wow, what a first impression your team made for my client.<br><br>While his daughter was away on vacation, your staff stepped in and went above and beyond by helping move his belongings from his previous residence, setting up his apartment, and making sure everything was organized and welcoming from day one.<br><br>The peace of mind this gave the family is something you simply can’t put a price tag on. St. Ives Hometown Living of John’s Creek is truly amazing. It opened early March of 2026. My mom has been living there since then. I say it all of the time - they are Angels on Earth! If I could rate them more than 5 stars I would!<br><br>Donna, Jenny, Annie, Jen and all of the amazing caregivers have made it a point to create a “home” for all of the residents (and their families) from Day 1. Everything about St Ives has just been easy. Their communication skills are like no other. The process from registration to move in to daily living was and continues to be seamless. There is never a “silly” question. They do not just focus on the love one you are trusting them to care for. They focus on their family as well. They understand the struggles we all face when making this huge decision and they make it a point to instill a sense of trust and comfort. Everyday I walk in and it’s like visiting my extended family. The caregivers all have hearts of gold. They work flawlessly together as a team and make it a point to think of the little things that they know will make a difference even if small. They love each and every one of the residents and it shows in how happy they all are!<br><br>I have never doubted for a second that my mom is exactly where she needs to be because she is with a team that truly loves her like she is a member of their family.<br><br>If you want your loved ones to live in a “home” and not just a memory care facility then St Ives is the place to be!

Very incompetent community they had my mother admitted for 3 days in a row without medications or monitoring of her blood pressure or blood sugars after being fully aware of her chronic condition. They made me go through so many channels to ensure her medications were administered correctly and still dif not administer them to her they sent her to the ER with her health at high risk.. I would not suggest this community to anymore through nurse director is very nasty rude and unprofessional as well I will be reporting them to corporate
