The Evergreen Inn

The Evergreen Inn is an assisted living community located in historic downtown Vancouver, Washington. The community is home to 82 residents and offers both private and companion room options, providing support for those with mental, physical or intellectual ailments as well as those seeking traditional senior living experiences.

Originally built in 1928 by Vancouver city fathers as an elegant lodging and entertainment center, the community retains its historic charm while featuring modern improvements. The building's distinctive surroundings and gracious living areas reflect its storied past, including the conversion of the original hotel bar into a community space.

Residents benefit from a 52-week activity curriculum built around themes, ideas and events designed to inspire joy. The community also offers a whole-person wellness program to maximize physical, social, intellectual and spiritual health. Residents have ample opportunities to participate in fun and meaningful programs and activities throughout the year.

The Evergreen Inn is located in historic downtown Vancouver, just minutes away from shopping, medical services, bike paths and cultural events. The surrounding area includes Esther Short Park, home to Vancouver's farmer's market, as well as beautiful fountains, rose gardens and more than 30 free air concerts every summer.
