We’re truly thankful to the Emily Agency for their outstanding service, especially Tom, who ensured our father’s comfort during his difficult times. After multiple heart attacks, our father’s self-care abilities declined. Initially needing just a few hours of help daily, his requirements soon grew. Tom was instrumental in upgrading us to live-in care, providing 24/7 support and peace of mind. It was comforting to know our father was safe and well-cared for. The caregivers were skilled, compassionate, and professional. Tom was always on hand to answer our questions and guide us through this challenging period with great empathy.
