My grandmother has been here since January and she loves it and we love it for her! Brandy the nurse goes above and beyond to care for her. The chef is the sweetest and makes great food. Gus the Medtech loves our grandmother and always checks in on her. So many of the stuff are so attentive and sweet. We are so thankful for all the ways this facility is caring for our grandmother. Not only are all the people great but the facility is beautiful.

My family has had experiences with several assisted living facilities. The Emberly is by far the most beautiful facility and the staff is so kind and warm. They have gone above and beyond to help my loved one feel at home. We are so thankful for the good care provided here. They have done everything they can to accommodate our loved ones needs. If you are looking for a place for your loved one, you need to add a tour of the Emberly on your list.

A Place That Truly Feels Like Home When our family made the difficult decision to move our mother into an assisted living community, we were filled with uncertainty and worry. From the moment we walked through the doors of The Emberly at Heritage Glen, every one of those fears melted away. The atmosphere at The Emberly is unlike anything we expected. It’s warm, vibrant, and genuinely joyful. The common areas are beautifully maintained, always filled with soft music, laughter, and residents who actually seem happy to be there. It never has that clinical, institutional feel you dread; instead, it feels like walking into a cozy, well-loved home. The activities calendar is packed with engaging events, and the staff go out of their way to make sure every resident feels included and celebrated. The dining experience at Emberly has truly blown us away. We’ve joined Mom for meals several times, and every single time the food has been fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. The menu rotates regularly, accommodates dietary needs without making residents feel like they’re missing out, and the dining room itself has a wonderful social energy. Mom, who barely had an appetite before, now looks forward to every meal. That alone speaks volumes. But what sets The Emberly apart more than anything is the resident care. The staff know our mother by name, know her stories, her preferences, and her sense of humor. They treat her with dignity, patience, and genuine affection. We receive regular updates, our calls are always answered, and any concern we’ve raised has been addressed promptly and thoughtfully. We’ve never once felt like a nuisance for asking questions, quite the opposite. Our mother is thriving. She has friends, purpose, and peace. And as a family, we finally have peace of mind. We cannot recommend The Emberly at Heritage Glen highly enough. If you’re searching for a place where your loved one will be truly cared for, look no further.

The Emberly has been an exceptional place for our father. The staff is remarkable, compassionate, kind, and thoughtful in all aspects. An unforeseen medical event forced our family's timeline forward and the people at Emberly made everything possible and flawless. From the leadership there (in particular their talented and kind Director of Health, Brandy) to the team looking after folks (we love Miss Gus!) the quality of care, inclusion, and warmth is unparalleled. We are grateful to have our dad there and for the peace of mind we now have in his safety and wellbeing.
