It would be an awesome senior living spot if they would do some updated renovations because as is puts off very depressing mood. It's definitely not what these old picture show so don't be FOOLED people. Absolutely needs a happy color paint job an that nasty disgusting carpet out of there. New decor needed all around there. Outside needs definitely needs to be inviting with flowers and a gazebo area wouldnt hurt. No security is nonsense for that area. These things don't cost much so let's me know they don't care about tenants because it's been like this since my first visit five yrs ago. They just collecting the money but not mine until I see things are done for the better.

Ms. Yolonda Buchanan, the property manager at The Elevation at Autumn Ridge, personally took my wife and me on a guided tour of the complex. She showed us the many amenities that are available! It is a very nice property, but Ms. Buchanan is very, very nice. She has a gift for showing you all that is possible. We think you should check out the property for your next apartment at The Elevation . We think having her as your property manager will be a joy!

The Elevation is a great place to call home what impresses me most is the staff Yolanda who manages The Elevation quite Thorough and efficient. If you have an issue with your apartment she resolves it immediately. I feel The Apartments are well kept up. The amenities are great and the rent is fair.
