Terrible. The business owner will lie to you and tell you anything that you want to hear to get you in to sign the lease. If you care about your loved ones make sure that you find other placement. Royal Retreat is a complete and total scam.

My mother's previous assisted living closed and I was so worried!! But then Royal Retreat!!! When I say Every and I mean Every person I have contact with is so Very Kind!!! They genuinely care!!! My mother said it feels like Love! The owner, staff, activities, cleanliness and just the over all feel is Absolutely Awesome!! If you are doubtful, rest assured It Is the Best!!!! Nikki

After residing at another assisted living facility in Memphis, we recently moved my elderly mother into Royal Retreat and could not be more pleased! The facility is modern, clean, and updated, with professional and empathetic staff members which has provided us peace of mind and and most importantly, contentment for my mother. My mothers room is spacious with plenty of natural light and quality amenities. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone looking for quality assisted living for their loved ones.
