The Culpeper

The Culpeper is a Life Plan Community (Continuing Care Retirement Community) offering a range of senior living options in Culpeper, Virginia. Founded in 1948 by Culpeper Baptist Church, the community provides multiple levels of care, allowing residents to transition seamlessly as their needs change.

The community offers specialized support for those with Alzheimer's or other forms of dementia. Residents can choose from various care levels depending on their individual requirements and preferences.

The Culpeper is situated on a 100-acre campus nestled in Virginia's historic farm country between the cultural hubs of Northern Virginia and Charlottesville. The gently undulating foothills, rolling meadows, and views of the Blue Ridge Mountains frame the setting, with farmed fields of grain, corn, and soybean surrounding the campus.

The community was founded by a congregation that has served the region for 250 years, establishing deep roots in the Culpeper area. The organization, now known as LifeSpire (formerly Virginia Baptist Homes), continues to serve seniors across multiple locations.
