This place is awful. I have gone there a few times with a friend and never see staff. When you do see them they are all sitting around doing NOTHING. One resident was throwing up and not one CNA or whatever they are helped. They said it was not their patient. Are you serious? The housekeeper gave her a little trash can. They also make up the beds with urine and sometimes feces on the sheets. I could go on but won’t.

Some problems since my friend moved in. Most recently, his assisted living apartment was ransacked by another resident while he was at dinner (bed overturned, etc). Management is slow to respond and they don't like to be bothered after hours. My friend is distressed and does not feel safe. Other - My friend acquired wounds. Management blamed the resident and then said 'his wounds are better and in the stage of healing.' The physician on staff saw him the same day and prescribed nothing. I took him to urgent care the next day - wounds were infected and antibiotics were prescribed. Result was six weeks of outpatient wound care. Other - memory care residents are poorly supervised and are often roaming the halls in assisted living. Twice I have deterred a memory care resident from exiting the main front door. Another - while visiting my friend, another resident knocked on his door. He told me someone had fallen and needed help. He could not find staff. He led me to the resident's room - he was on the floor and unable to reach his call button. I pushed it for him. When no one responded, I searched for staff. Another - after reporting the need for a repair in my friend's apartment, it took five weeks for the repair to happen. There have been other problems... Management more than once has blamed the reporting resident for the problem rather than finding a solution. Obviously I do not recommend this facility.

Love love love this place! The facility is just so nice and clean. It also has an enclosed courtyard with a coy pond and gazebo where they cook out when the weather is nice. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful with whatever you need. Their prices are definitely the most affordable in the Tulsa area for assisted living. The apartments are very spacious and offer studio, 1 & 2 bedrooms, and some facing the courtyard with direct access right from their living rooms. They have many outings and activities to choose from on a daily basis plus provide transportation to and from doctor appointments. The food is absolutely delicious and the residents have many different options to choose from every day from their menu and also provide specials on a weekly basis. If pets are in the picture its no problem either. Dogs, cats, fish, or even birds can move on in too!
