All of the employees are very nice, especially the front desk lady Pam!! This is a great place that I would highly recommend living at. It is very friendly and including.

1 star for the people there that did actually care. The place is fine if you are a pretty mobile person.<br>Mom was there 3.5 months, and when she arrived she walked with her walker alone, and toileted herself.<br>Once my Mom started to decline, she was neglected. A lot of the decline was due to the Courtyard staff allowing her to lay in bed 17 hour 2 days in a row without care.<br>They push her in a wheelchair instead of encouraging her to use her walker. The communication is awful between shifts. 2nd shift is actually better. We left a voicemail with the CEO, and President about concerns, with no response, not even an email back. My Mother passed on a Saturday, 2/28/26.. Once the funeral home left with her body we left, and have never heard from the place, no sympathy card, not even a call from the nurse or director. Apparently she was just a bed filler. At a cost of around $7400 a month. My heart is so saddened that that's how my Mom's last few months of her 90 yo life ended.<br>Sadly the place we had her in for 6 weeks prior wasn't that much better.<br>Something has to change!<br>Make sure to be an advocate for your loved ones!<br>It's really important.<br>Ps, Thank you Karen for your call, it meant a lot!
