Absolutely the worst experience. I don’t feel my mother is safe at this facility. They recently have been a series of thefts in the building, and my mother was a victim not once but several times. Had to get the local police and detectives involved. The residence are very clicky and cold. The aids are absolutely horrible. You can just come and go as you please there’s no signing in at the desk. There’s no security anywhere. When I wanted to talk about concerns I had about my mom, I either didn’t get a call back or there was no one there to speak to. The turnover rate with the AIDS and nurses are extremely high. My mother had a very serious break to her arm, anf had a very serious hand injury, saying something was dropped on it. I cannot wait to get my mother out of this dump. Aesthetically very pretty, but it’s really hell on earth.
