I can’t say enough great things about this location! The facility is beautiful, well maintained and very clean. Staff is wonderful and friendly. My great grandmother was a resident and we were very pleased with everything. I would recommend to any senior looking for a place to call home.

I'm so glad we chose The Claiborne for mom's new home. Melinda from the first phone call was so helpful with this new normal for mom and our family. She was very patient and kind with the whole process. The Claiborne is spotless ,modern and more like living on vacation all the time!<br><br>Update: After 2 years at the Claiborne we are still happy with our choice of home for mom. Lawonda (Director of Wellness) and Dreka(Assistant Director of Wellness) are wonderful with mom's needs and I receive very prompt responses when I have a concern. Ariel the activities director is so good with getting mom involved and staying active. I love the pictures they send me of mom enjoying each day here. Everyone knows mom here and it comforts our family to know mom is in good hands at the Claiborne.

The Tempus Team is AMAZING. I so appreciate all the love and attention they give my mom. They provide excellent care for her, as well as provide opportunities for the families to be engaged and supported. Ms. Krystal, Ms. Lawanda, and Ms. Dreka are fantastic leaders. They are always ready to respond when we have a need, and they always put the residents first. No family concern is too big or too small. They maintain professionalism and high quality leadership for the entire Tempus staff. They hold the nursing/care staff to a high standard that just cannot be matched. Our family is so grateful for them!
