Nursing services care was very attentive and caring. Therapy sessions were good, they worked well with special conditions and special needs like memory and orthostatic hypertension. The dietician and dietary department worked diligently trying to keep the patient happy and eating well. It was important to them. The administrative staff were easy to contact and helped resolve special needs. Everyone worked well together, what a team!

My father recently stayed at this facility after surgery for a broken hip and he had a very positive experience here. He had a difficult experience at a different rehabilitation center previously, so we were very happy with the quality of care he received here. This is actually the second time our family has had experience with this facility, as my mother stayed here a few years ago and also received excellent care. Both experiences left us with a positive impression. Many thanks to everyone involved in my dad's recovery! We greatly appreciate it! :)

Some staff here did their jobs well, and I’m grateful for them. But the overall environment was dangerously below standard, and what I witnessed should concern anyone considering this facility. Aides slept at their desks overnight, leaving entire halls unsupervised. Call lights went unanswered for hours, even for essential needs. Aides used their phones during my Hoyer‑lift transfers, which is reckless, unsafe, and completely unacceptable. Personal care was inconsistent, and basic dignity was treated as optional. Food service showed the same disregard for accuracy. Meals were rarely what I ordered, and the inconsistency was constant across shifts. The nursing department was one of the most alarming issues. Too many staff were inattentive, disengaged, and openly complaining about their job or about patients within earshot of the people depending on them. Professionalism was unreliable, and at times nonexistent. There were exceptions — Joe, Julz, Cathryn, Carmen, Jill, and Dynasty — who provided real care. But they were isolated examples in a system that is failing. The rehabilitation team was the only part of this facility that demonstrated integrity. Matt, Jess, Megan, Alex, Debbie, Natalie, Edwina, and Ronnie were attentive, focused, and fully engaged despite being pushed far beyond reasonable limits. They were often required to run PT/OT sessions with multiple patients at once just to keep up, yet they still delivered actual care. They were carrying a workload that should never have been placed on them — and they were the only reason any progress happened. I improved here in spite of the facility, not because of it. And to be absolutely clear: I am not interested in apologies, excuses, or scripted statements of regret. I want real, enforceable change — the kind that prevents patients from being ignored, endangered, or treated like an afterthought. If you’re going to be here, make use of your patient advocate. It is the only mechanism that forces this facility to acknowledge and document what is happening. The patients here deserve better, and their families deserve to know their loved ones are being cared for properly — not left unattended, not dismissed, and not put at risk. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this facility.

Center for rehabilitation and nursing gave my grandmother the best yet sadly last last 6 months of her life. The nurses took care of her so well, she was always clean, fed, hair nice and dressed in clean fitting outfits. She passed with dignity and respect and it was because of the staff here. I truly would recommend this center for anyone looking to have your loved ones be placed at. I would also like to thank my Aunt Joann Post who was an angel nurse for my grandmother here. I promise that your family member will be in amazing hands here.
