I've been working for Bayada Gloucester Assistive care as a home health aide for over two years, and I've haven't looked back. The employees in the office, the nurses and my colleagues here are great, and the other benefits of working for this company are remarkable. We have had Bayada aides for over 2 years, 7 days a week. Out of the over 730 days, there have been 2 days when an aide or a substitute did not show up and each time I was alerted to the problem. Reliable? Definitely!! Also, each time there has been an aide who was "not a good fit" for us, he or she was removed from our list immediately and without questions. Do they do their best at providing aides whose personalities and experience fit our needs and preferences? Definitely!!! Then too, any questions I have had concerning billing have been addressed quickly and efficiently. Lastly, they have been very flexible, especially during our hospital and rehab stays and my husband's inevitable ups and downs. We presently have 5 sides who are simply wonderful...kind and professional with my husband and supportive of me, even on my bad days.I can't imagine a better organization to help us deal with our new reality. I truly couldn't care for my husband at home without them.

I have been thoroughly pleased with the care that Bayada has provided my father. The caregivers are professional and compassionate, and the office has been very responsive to inquiries. I evaluated three other agencies before deciding on Bayada and highly recommend them for elder care services.

We have only positive words to say about Bayada. Everyone (office staff, nurses, and aides) have been responsive, communicative, and friendly. I live out of state and still feel like I know what is going on with my mother's care due to the effective communication with Annie. My mother's aide, Janae, has been wonderful and attentive. We have seen tremendous improvement in our mom's health and well being. Knowing that Janae is there for doctor's appointments when we cannot takes the worry out of missing an appointment. We would highly recommend Bayada to other families who are looking for home health aides.

I highly recommend Bayada!! When mom (84 y.o.)fell and broke her foot, I wasn’t sure how everything would work out for her. Annie worked very efficiently and found us aids within three days. She then tailored the aids’ personalities to what my mom enjoyed . We had an aid come in for four hours a day. They helped mom with appointments , food prep, taking her to doctors , food shopping and stops at the pharmacy. The aids were great about reminding her to take her meds, do her exercises, and drink more water! Three of the long term aids treated my mom like a friend! We worked with Bayada, for a year and always felt prioritized, and cared about with excellent communication. It is a first rate organization!
