The Caring Connection staff is so good with my family member who currently needs 24hr care. They are always attentive to her, and we get regular interactions and updates on any issues that arise. Jonathon has always been very responsive to our requests throughout the 5 years we have been using their services. We feel very lucky to have found Caring Connections when we needed the extra help. They take great care of our family member and also take care of things around her house. Couldn't find a better group to work with.

Caring Connection has been part of my family's life for the past 2 years. The service they provide is outstanding and professional. The aides took very good care of both my parents and showed much compassion. I knew when they were there, I had no worries, especially while my parents lived in assistant living. They were my eyes and ears, and if it wasn't for them at times, I would never have known whether my parent was ill and needed more assistance. These ladies were always on top of things and always kept in contact with me. I would highly recommend Caring Connection for you loved ones. Thank you Caring Connection for all you have done. Mom and Dad are now at peace and once again united forever!

I chose the Caring Connection after a stellar recommendation by a local hospital social worker when my father was hospitalized. Their staff is extremely trust worthy and dedicated to their patients. Plus it is evident that they truly care for the people in their care. They are not a franchised company either which is a plus and the owner has been involved in the local healthcare community for 35+ years. Initially I was concerned living 500 miles from my parents in Bethlehem but never had an issue, as I had complete trust in the care, professionalism and prompt responsiveness that was demonstrated by the Caring Connection staff. Therefore I highly recommend this compassionate and caring team!!!
