I put my mom in Country meadows for rehab after surgery and it was a decision we both regretted. Most of the nurses are very good. However, they make you wait forever unless they have completely forgotten about you. I saw first hand that mom and her roommate asked for help from the nurse and were both ignored. They hit the call button and were ignored. Finally I had to go to the nurses station to get help. All I can is that if someone is all alone there and has no one visiting them… then all of these patients must be being ignored. There was a point when my mom and her roommate both had their call button removed from them by a nurse. What if either of them had a medial emergency and needed assistance? This staff should be ashamed of themselves. This is a rehabilitation center for mostly senior citizens who are recovering and are in pain. These so called medical professionals should be embarrassed. I will never forget how awful this experience was for my mom and I will tell everyone that will listen to me to never send a family member or loved one to Country Meadows.

My mom was moved to the rehab rehabilitation facility on Friday afternoon. She was put in the room with a lady with full-blown dementia who screamed the entire night. Thank goodness I was in to visit her by 11:30 the next morning and heard this woman going on and on and on. My heart’s with a woman because she has dementia But how dare them put my mother in there you’re not care about my mom‘s health and well-being The nurse at the desk was nice and got my mom moved within 10 minutes for me But this is unacceptable I understand you need a bed filled so you get money, but my mother Is a person who deserves to be treated better

Exceptional care at Country Meadows. I’m caregiver to a friend who spent 20 days at CM. He received excellent medical care, excellent physical therapy and excellent nutrition. I’ve had experience with a number of Rehabs and most of those experiences were dismal. Not so at Country Meadows. Friendly, attentive staff in all departments from nursing to nutrition to physical therapy to maintenance were a pleasure to work with. I must make special mention of the dining experience. The food was served hot, presented well and deliciously prepared. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend County Meadows for any Rehab needs.

Lien Snyder, Sales & Marketing Director, from Country Meadows went over and above to help our dad establish residency in personal care. When we contacted Lien to share our difficulties with finding accommodations to meet his needs, she immediately made herself available to meet with him at last minute notice to provide a tour of the facility and review his options for placement. She was willing to extend her day and contact us off hours to ensure all of his concerns were addressed and the necessary paperwork was completed to help him seamlessly transition to his new apartment. The turn around exceeded anything we could have ever imagined. Lien worked out every detail to allow his furniture to be moved ahead of his occupancy and she also provided contacts to help him find support for his pets. We cannot say enough about the help we received from Lien and the staff at Country Meadows!

I want to give a HUGE shout out to Lien, who worked tirelessly to help us get our father out of an abysmal facility and into the nursing and rehab center at Country Meadows. In 5 days, he has made more progress than in the 3 weeks he spent at Arden Courts (Westminster). Feel free to read my Yelp review about that place. The nurses, therapists and everyone I met at Country Meadows was kind, caring, and concerned about the health and welfare of my father. I can now sleep at night knowing he is being well taken care of. I'd recommend this place to anyone who cares about their loved one. Yes, it's expensive, but it's well worth it. Lien continues to advocate for my father and our family. She is solid gold and A+++ in my book!!!
