Well, it is a beautiful building, and I was very optimistic. But it didn't take a week; my sister's blood sugar was 30. Lucky that I got there when I did. She was on the toilet, sweating bullets. That was not the only time it happened. Then she fell, and someone came in to do the X-ray instead of sending her out. She had a fractured hip. Then they sent her out and said she couldn't come back. It was pleasing because a fractured hip is not the only thing she had. She was very sick, and by the grace of God, she got better. Maria Parham did an excellent job, and, as Angela does, she made many friends. She lived in the emergency room for over a week before she got a room.

When she finally got a room, all her new emergency room friends checked on her regularly. So things that are new and shiny aren't what they seem. My sister is now at an older, more established facility that has cared for my family over the years. Enter with care and keep your eyes on them, please.

They only check blood sugar once a day. They charge you for the needles after that. I just got a bill for it. Even if they have diabetes.
