The staff was friendly. Had an appointment appt there, I got there, the lady wasn't present, nor did she call to cancel or reschedule! This happened a few days ago!

I would never leave a love one at this place ever again......First you call to talk to someone and they don't answer the phone....They are horrible to their patients. DON't us this place.

I was there for 1 year and 3 months. At first, it was a nice place but after a while, the quality of care from the employees wouldn't answer the bell that was like a hotel bell and wouldn't give water. I am so glad that I'm not there anymore. I wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone who needs to put a loved one in Senior Citizens Resthome.

My grandmother is a patient here and I have nothing but great things to say about this place. They have the most caring nurses and staff members. They truly care about each and every patient-- which is evident in the care they provide. They treat their patients like family. Of course (in response to previous FALSE negative reviews) there will be bad apples, no matter where you go. There is nothing that they, as a business, can do about that until there is a concern that arises for them to address. I'm sure that when they find out a staff member has done wrong, they address it take action immediately. I know from past experience with situations with my grandmother that they take concerns (even as small as her wanting a dietary change ) seriously. They do an amazing job at making sure my grandmother is safe, well taken care of and gets the care that she deserves and requires. In response to the review prior about the food here. I have always been satisfied with the food that they provide to my grandmother. They make sure to match her dietary plan (low sugar, low salt). Their rehab and therapy is also highly above what I expected in a nursing home for the elderly. They take extreme precaution when working with fragile little people while supplying them with the appropriate therapy (physical or occupational). I'm not sure if my grandmother loves her nurses more or her therapy staff. She is always so excited to be able to participate in rehab activities. I have NOTHING bad to say about this place. They have taken such great care of my own flesh and blood. While my family and I cannot provide the care that she needs at home, at her age, I trust this facility 100% to provide that care for her. They are nothing short of amazing!!!

My Mama died while in rehab here. The staff was very caring and kind. Smelled cigarette smoke in the hall . Not as clean as it should by ave been.
