I was not impressed with this agency. Mr Edwards the service supervisor made some promises to me far as coverage for my wife. It was not what he told me it would be. The cummincation between him and his staff was not good. Mr Edwards himself had a very uninviting tone in his voice when you spoke to him on the phone. Most of the aides he sent to my home was good. But even they thought he was unprofessional at times. The cummincation between staff and agency was not the best.And miss lett was in my home at times to fill in. My wife was not to fond of your body language After I posted this review a few days ago One the staff from this agency call me to point out they didn't appreciate my review. They are entitled to their opinion, just like I am entitled to minds. Again unprofessional of this person to call me. I felt like I was being harassed. Please just do your job providing care and service to people. And let's move on. From a 1-10 I would give We Do Care agency 4-

This is an absolutely wonderful company. I trusted them with the care of my grandmother and grandfather, and I couldn’t be more than happy with the service that they provided. Miss Lett and Mr. Edwards were totally awesome and they helped navigate me through the process. Their name speaks for itself they do care. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for assistance with their loved ones. Oh, and let’s not forget the employees, Everyone must professional, compassionate and respectful.

I have been a client if We Do Care for over a year. I’m so pleased with their work. The aides go above and beyond for me. The actual Director and Service Supervisor has even went out their way to assist me. Their Nurse Supervisor Mrs Mozell is a excellent person and addition to their company she really cares about the clients she visits every 3 months and she calls in between to make sure nothing as changed with my condition I would recommend this company a million times they are like family they care never had a company like this before

United recommended this agency to care for our 99-year-old father. However, over the past few months, their attendance has consistently fallen below 70%, and there have been seven different caregivers attending to him. The agency often fails to communicate whether or not an aide will be present, leaving us in the dark about our father's care. When we inquire about the aide's schedule, the owner deflects blame onto our 99-year-old father, who struggles with hearing and mobility issues, accusing him of being rude to the aides and suggesting that they are overworked. Our father's modest dietary habits, consisting of a sandwich and a few fruit slices for lunch, and a small dinner comprising a pita, a few pieces of chicken, a tablespoon of veggies, and a small muffin, are dismissed by the company owner as four meal preparations. This company demonstrates a lack of empathy and appropriate principles when it comes to caring for elderly individuals.

I was in search of a new home care for my father and I had a family friend to suggest We Do Care. Our experience, thus far, has been nothing short of exceptional! I first spoke to Mr. Edwards over the phone then Ms Lett in person and both showed so much knowledge and their professionalism superseded my expectations. They are absolutely amazing and they genuinely care. It felt like family. The caregiver Mr Spicer they placed with my father is friendly and a hard worker it puts my father needs first. If you want a competent, outstanding and experience home care give We Do Care a try. Their hourly prices are affordable and I am grateful and blessed to have them.
