Love all the Staff at the Birches of New Hope. Merideth is a wonderful person who does an amazing job in the dining hall with excellent service and a warm smile. She takes that extra time yo get to know each of the residents and understands what they like and dislike. She always makes everyone feel special and she brightens up everyone’s day.<br><br>Couldn’t be happier with where my dad is at this time. Frank S. Jr.

My mom is a relatively new resident; however our experience has been excellent to date. She is in memory care, and the staff have been excellent… specifically her original caretakers: Deshawn, Sarah, and Jackie. They are so kind and caring. They treat my mom like family.

Toured this beautiful brand new community. Everything in the design of this community has been thoughtfully built to ensure that the seniors living there have an amazing experience daily. Everyone on the staff from the front desk who greets you, to the care staff and the homes Executive Director who toured me this weekend were so friendly and welcoming. Spoke with residents and families while touring and they all offered great and positive feedback about the community too.
