My Mom Arrived yesterday for long term rehab for her hip. We were sure what to expect. We were greeted by Todd and he put our minds at ease! He had dinner ready for my Mom Since he knew the kitchen would be closed, he was very informative , personable and helpful. We are hoping the rest of the staff are as wonderful as him!

What a wonderful experience for my family. We were concerned as to how her recovery would be. My relative spent several months at this facility She is hard of hearing and the nurses were SO kind and patient with her Everyone took their time with her. Pt was excellent, and helped her on the road to recovery. Guest Services Lois, was always helpful and she spent alot of time with her. I was always greeted with a smile and a large hello when I arrived. I want to mention Anna Marie, as well as all of PT. Ruby in the attrium is excellent The nurses explained everything to us in a manor we could understand. Joyce arranged for transportation to her drs apts and took our concerns away about how we would get her back and forth to these apts. If I could give 10 stars I would

My family was very unhappy with Buckingham. The one nurse was completely nasty and disrespectful to us. The other nurses just ignored us when we asked any questions. They were so rude to us at this most difficult time in our families lives having our loved one in their facility. They never returned our phone call’s. It was impossible to get the nurse to call us or to even give us a report on our loved one. The nurses were very impatient What a terrible way to treat us when we are so worried about our loved one. It was horrible! The case worker was rude as well. They rushed our loved one out of their facility when Medicaid was exhausted! The caseworker kept saying our loved one was out on a certain date. Like they could just put our loved one on the street! So hurtful. I will never recommend Buckingham to anyone! Staff is so impatient as well. They won’t have the time of day for you I promise Completely unprofessional people. Nurses have zero compassion! Don’t put your person that you love and care about in this facility. I’m am so thankful to write a review so I can warn others. We actually felt very hurt by all of them. Them people are arrogant and they just don’t care about the residents! The only 2 really helpful people were Louis and Ruby. Louis is very kind and helpful. Ruby works very hard helping the resident’s

I had to be here after knee surgery. The staff are very friendly and the nurses are extremely knowledgeable. I love that I get pt and ot every day and the staff really know what they’re doing to help you advance. Everyone is very compassionate and understanding of how difficult it is to be away from your home and family. Visitors are always welcome. I felt very confident in the care I got here! And, the food is pretty good!

My wife was admitted to the rehab center of Buckingham Valley in mid-January and was discharged on March 9th. The staff was very attentive and the facility was kept very clean. They did a great job of providing valuable entertainment services/games/music on a weekly basis to keep the patients involved and interested. Most important was that the staff did a great job of keeping my wife comfortable and making sure that her health needs were met.
