I would rate it zero stars if I could. We put my mother their 3 years ago because we couldn't handle her care anymore she was in the last stages of breast cancer and could no longer walk and was always in extreme pain. They didn't properly bathe her and rarely change her clothes unless asked. She was screaming out in pain and when I would press the call bell no one would respond so I would have to go tell someone and even then they took their time getting to her and seemed like they would rather talk amongst themselves rather than actually do what THEY ARE PAID TO DO. When she passed away they didn't call us until an hour AFTER she died. Most of the staff was inconsiderate and lacked compassion something essential in this field. Always make sure you do your research before placing your loved ones in assisted living. This is one of my biggest regrets and I'm still upset she had to pass away in a dump like that.

Please, please, please think twice before placing your loved one here. Unfortunately, we placed my Dad here when his dementia progressed to a level of care I could no longer provide at home. We were sorely disappointed in the quality of care that was provided, as the vast majority of the staff seemed to think they had reason to be irritated when you asked them to do their jobs. To me, it seemed that the staff on the memory care unit had no patience with dementia-related behaviors. I was so concerned, I hired an aide from an outside agency to be with him 8 hours a day to insure his needs were being met. My husband took me away for 5 days as a bday surprise, and when I returned to see my Dad, he was is the same dirty clothes he was in when I'd last seen him 5 days prior. Staff was angry with ME for not leaving clean clothes for him. I pointed out his 2 drawers filled with clean clothes, not to mention the small suitcase I told them before I left was under his bed in case he ran out of clean laundry while I was gone. The staff is fond of giving dementia patients cold showers to 'wake up their appetites.' For a dementia patient, this is torture. Additionally, the food served often isn't fit to be served to a dog. Lastly, they are so understaffed, it took me TEN MINUTES to find a nurse to call time of death when my Dad passed. It was at 4 in the morning. I found a few aides & the nurse talking & laughing by the vending machines. I so regret that this is where my Dad spent his last days.

Only 2 days, but well below my expectations. This place is absolutely below any medical standards that I am aware of. I find that much of the staff are confused as to what their duties entail. I have been here for almost 3 weeks following a pacemaker implant. I have yet to see the resident doctor. I find my physical and emotional conditions declining. I have not received any of my normal medications that I used to take.

My grandmother was a patient here about 3 years ago and suffered from neglect. During the 1 week she was there post surgery on her hip for physical therapy she was never bathed, left in her bed on dirty sheets, and even left on a bed pan soaked in her own urine. We pulled her right out. It was horrible and I wouldn't send my dog there.
