If I could give less than one, I certainly would. The experience we had with our loved one in this facility is the same scenario that another family posted. I was not surprised, but saddened to see that. Summer’s family received the exact same treatment as our loved one. Once the resident Has a change in their health status — they are pushed to the side. The staff continues to be focused specifically on monetary issues versus the quality care they “ promise” When our loved ones move in .

I don’t usually write reviews like this, but after what my family experienced, I feel obligated to warn others.

Both my Nana and Poppy lived at this senior living home, and my father made a point to visit often to ensure they were being properly cared for. Unfortunately, when their health began to decline, it became painfully clear that compassion and responsibility were not a priority here.

On multiple occasions, they were sent to the hospital without proper communication or documentation. My Poppy was even transported without his clothes, and both of them arrived at the hospital without any identifying paperwork—forced to be admitted as Jane/John Does because the facility failed to provide even the most basic information. We were never properly notified either, which made already stressful situations even worse.

What stood out most was the complete lack of care and urgency when it mattered most. It felt like once their health declined, they were no longer a priority. Instead, the only consistent communication we received was about payments—rent, fees, and amenities—even during periods when they weren’t even staying at the facility due to repeated hospital and rehab visits in the last months of their lives.

After they both passed, the insensitivity continued. Rather than offering any condolences or support, the focus immediately shifted to clearing out their belongings—specifically pushing us to remove two chairs quickly so the room could be reassigned. It was cold and deeply upsetting.

I never wanted to believe the negative stereotypes about senior living homes, but this experience confirmed the worst fears. To us, it truly felt like residents were treated more like a source of income than as people deserving dignity, care, and respect.

I would strongly urge anyone considering this facility to think twice.

The staff is kid, pleasant and professional even when dealing with difficult people, I have personally witnessed this on several occasions especially this week with extreme weather contributing to staff shortages and still they were especially pleasant , kind and professional even when dealing with difficult residents

I visited this assisted living center with my grandma and family and everything was beautiful except that from the first time we arrived the director lied to us about having spanish speaking people living in the center. There was not even one person who fluently spoke spanish at the center. After the evaluation, the workers and director offered to help us to find a different center for my grandma and after we left they didn’t even help us at all. Overall this perfect appearance of this place is truly deceitful and they make promises they cannot even go through with. Would truly not recommend ever visiting or going to this assisted living facility for anyone looking to place their elderly family members in a home. The appearance is only a facade and there is little diversity in the population as well.
