12/29/25 She still has BED BUGS!! I spoke again with John today regarding Nancy's apartment. Mgt needs to take this seriously!<br>The pest control came out on 12/24/25. They moved her to floor 5 for a few days. She got back in her Apt approx 12/27/25<br>She had to throw out her mattress, she is sleeping on her couch and she still has BUG BUGS?? Nancy is so stressed out and I don't blame her, she is not sleeping OR eating due to the stress! This is unacceptable! They NEED to get a qualified Pest Control out there, obviously the one that came out twice was unable to get rid of the BED BUGS!! They should put their ALL their tenants in a hotel, pay for all their cleaning of all her clothes. They need to clear these BED BUGS out for the ENTIRE building until these bugs are gone. She has BED BUGS all over her back.<br><br>BED BUGS 12/22/25<br>This place has bed bugs and Mgt is not doing anything to get rid of the bed bugs in a timely matter!! They claim their entire staff are on vacation until the end of this year and would take care of the bed bugs the first of the year 2026?? Nancy lives there and she is getting bed bug bites all over her body. She is a Sr and is unable to pack her stuff in bags. I cannot believe their making their tenants live in this environment. Nancy was talking to the maintenance man there and she apologized to him regarding the bed bugs and he said your not the only one with bed bugs in this apartment complex?? What the hell and there not taking this seriously? No one should NEVER live under these conditions!! This is the second time she has bed bugs in her entire apartment, approx. 3 months ago. Nancy cannot sleep, eat and is totally stressed out as she should be. I'm very concerned regarding her health now due to the bed bug infestation in her apartment. Sounds like Mgt never got rid of the bed bugs the first time and now again. I wish the Mgt would get bed bugs theirselves and have empathy for the tenants that their apt is infested with bed bugs.<br><br>Tonight I called the Chief Operations officer for Adriana Apts: John Carpentier

It’s been about 2 weeks since my husband and I moved to the Adriana Senior apartments, and we feel right at home! We feel so welcomed and happy here. From my first interaction with Jeanne & her staff, we were beyond impressed. The entire building is spotless and beautifully decorated, you can tell that management truly cares. All the neighbors we’ve met have been welcoming and kind, and there are always fun community events going on. I highly recommend this place!

My husband and I have lived at The Adriana for 6 years and we love it!<br>Our neighborhood is composed primarily of expensive condos, little shops, restaurants, parks and the wonderful Des Moines Marina, all within walking distance.<br>The Adriana is a secure senior apartment building , offering a number of layouts, many with good views, 2 elevators, roof garden, game room, small gym and large common room.<br>Some units have washers and dryers, and there are several laundry rooms too.<br>Our apartment home is perfect for the 2 of us and our dog.<br>Management is outstanding here. They take care of any issues that might arise, always efficient, caring and easy to work with.<br>We're fortunate to be able to come home to this warm and welcoming building, with a great location and super neighbors!<br>You should check it out!
