If you care for your loved ones don't send them here...the staff is extremely rude, argumentative and negligent among other things. The drivers that are hired to transport your loved ones run red lights, stop signs & run other drivers off the road while weaving between traffic like a maniac while endangering the lives of civilians with no regard to who they injured while doing so!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Addison at Woodbourne Place and the incredible staff there. After my father underwent open heart triple bypass surgery, we were suddenly put in an extremely stressful situation when his insurance unexpectedly cancelled coverage at the rehabilitation center he was recovering in. I was frantically trying to find a safe, caring place where he could continue healing and regain his strength.<br><br>From the very beginning, Bernadette stepped in and completely changed everything for us. She immediately made my father’s situation a priority, took an enormous amount of stress off my shoulders, and guided us through every single step with compassion, professionalism, and genuine care. She handled everything so efficiently and made what could have been an overwhelming transition feel completely seamless.<br><br>The entire staff at The Addison at Woodbourne Place has been beyond caring, attentive, and supportive throughout this process. It is obvious they truly care about their residents and their families. Knowing my father is surrounded by people who are patient, compassionate, and dedicated to his recovery has given me tremendous peace of mind during such a difficult time.<br><br>I am deeply grateful to Bernadette and everyone at The Addison for the kindness and support they showed my family. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place where their loved one will be genuinely cared for and treated with dignity and compassion.

My mother-in-law has been at Addison for 4 months now. She feels very comfortable and well cared for. The staff is delightful, caring and responsive. We are at ease knowing she is in a place that is safe and comfortable.

I am extremely disappointed with the care provided at this nursing home. From what I have personally observed, the focus seems to be more on money and filling beds than on the well-being of the residents. Elderly residents deserve dignity, patience, and compassion, and unfortunately, this facility falls far short of that standard. Families should thoroughly research and visit before trusting their loved ones here.

Please do not send your loved ones here I went in for a tour and the energy was not pleasing they seem to always be short on staff it’s always a new nurse and director.
