I would never ever let my mother stay at Park Creek Place. There’s not enough care giver’s to accommodate residents needs. The residents are left alone when they need help. Very limited activities for the residents who are interested in doing more things.. They are always getting rid of people and replacing staff. The facility is very poorly managed. Your family member will only get depressed and want to leave. The management constantly changes and each team only promises change, but delivers unsatisfactory results in terms of seen and unseen residentmcare.

I have Worked in healthcare as a vendor for over 13 years and this community by far is exceptional. Very family oriented and everyone knows all the residents by name. It’s truly a place they can call home with activities being done constantly as well as trips for ice cream and food. The memory care director T, is really big with knowing this is their home and treats them like her family.

We placed my father here late March 2026. The staff has been wonderful to us. Walking us thru the steps and keeping us updated on his progress. Every time I visit there is always activities going on and the residents are engaged. The residents rave about the food and it always smells delicious! They also have outings a few times a month, which are very nice. They seem to really care about the residents. A special shout out to Wendy and Tee who are so helpful & pleasant.

My Mother has been at Park Creek Place Memory Care for just shy of 3 yrs. Over the years, we have seen many changes, some good & some bad. I am not a big poster of reviews but since Senior Lifestyles Management took over and especially since the new memory care director Tamara/"T" took over there has been a noticeable change for the GOOD and I felt the need to share my positive review! P.C.P. Memory Care has become much more lively and enjoyable for both the residents and their families. We have all become family and support for each other.

I also need to commend ALL of the caregivers. They treat my Mother with kindness and respect. It's not an easy job and we as family members know it. A special shout out to Kaleigh-(Activities), Mia, Cameron, Barry, and my Mothers all time favorite Pierre who has worked there for close to 20 yrs. She loves Pierre 😍and tells him that all the time, as he does the same to her, making her smile, laugh and feel special. Pierre can get her to cooperate in her care when no one else can, not even her own family.

Dealing with dementia has not been easy to say the least. Choosing to put my mother is memory care nearly broke me. I think cried for the 1st 6 months. As for my Mother, she settled in shortly after and now calls it her house and doesn't want to leave there any more for outings. Some of the deciding factors for her placement, was the size of the facility, approximately 40 residents, which makes it feel like your loved one is getting private care. The main thing for me, was 24 hrs access. I can drop in anytime that suits me and that was huge for me as I struggled with her being there. If I dropped in at 1:00 am (which I have done) or 1:00 pm, I saw the same level of special care. If you are seeking kind and compassionate care for someone with dementia you will not be disappointed with Park Creek Place Memory Care.

Tamayra “T” Taylor the director of Memory Care is amazing! She has been there for us as we moved our mom from Personal Care to the memory center. She caring and energetic. She and her staff are very attentive and thoughtful. They genuinely want to know about our family members and has a system so that we may FaceTime with her whenever I want. This is so important to me because I live out of state. Her deep understanding of memory loss comes through in all that she does. Thank you T!
