I visited my brother who recently moved here. Love his apartment-smart layout with safety features. The maid came today to clean. All staff greet us cheerfully. Ate dinner there-very good healthy. The bread pudding dessert-WOW! So happy he chose here. Lovely grounds and amenities. Brother already has made friends-happy!

I had higher expectations for this place; I have a relative who is a resident there. They tell me the food runs out at breakfast—people pay thousands of dollars, yet the food quality is poor; it’s just not right. There is a new company managing the place now. You can hear employees arguing in the kitchen, everyone plays loud and conflicting music, and there are issues with intoxicated staff and rats. My relative says the food is terrible and that other residents are looking for somewhere else to go. It has been reported to the manager, but nothing happens... You would imagine that, being a place run by Masons for Masons, the service and food quality would be different. It is a terrible place to have a family member. What a disappointment that it is a Masonic facility.
