Pictures of property on website are not current. No parking lines. These people can't even count how many parking spaces they have. Barely enough parking for 1 car per unit and they gave out 2 parking permits per unit. Duh! Charging people for garbage service when there is no garbage service at 7360 sw Barbur blvd. Now graphititi paint out front by the sign. Homeless people prowling the parking lot. Not safe.

I absolutely hate how you completely removed the trash dumpter from the building along Barbur. I am disabled and cannot trek up and down that big hill to take out the garbage- I have to get help from someone which is a pain and ridiculous. Accessible garbage should be a GIVEN. Also getting any kind of maintenance is really difficult and the last two times they "fixed " something they did a horrible job and created new problems. The workers don't speak English so it's impossible to communicate with them. I wish you had a phone number we could call and talk to a real person about issues, or someone on site during business hours, like we used to have. I have lived here for many years and watched as different owners buy the property and don't care about the tenants at all and slowly we loose all the things that made this place good. Honestly the only perk is the location.

Online pictures are years old and not representative of the current owners out of California. No resident manager. District manager who doesn't give a crap what the property looks like because derelict shredded flag has been there for a year and leasing sign leaning on a bush has been that way for over 6 months, No parking lot lines at all, old tshirts laying on top of power meter that has been there for a year now. No handicap labeled parking people smoking drugs under the building, and only one trash dumpster location all the way at the bottom of a steep hill on another street. No parking when you come home late from work, because people have 2 cars or more and take up all the parking. They put up barriers around the dumpster then took the dumpster away, now the homeless use it to pee and change there clothes behind. this place has become a disgrace.
